Dear customers:

After Hurricane Irma's devastating passage through South Florida, several areas are still without electricity. PuntoMio offices are located in one of these areas, therefore, we will resume operations once the power is reestablished.

We have already inspected the state of the offices and warehouses and they are in good condition, the stored packages do not present any damage. We are also waiting for the flight schedules to go back to normal to start sending shipments to its destinations.

If you made any purchases before, during, or after Hurricane Irma, please note that local delivery services in South Florida are suspended. It is estimated that, starting on September 13, 2017, we will begin to receive packages again.

Through the ‘My Account’ section of our PuntoMio.com website, you can perform, as usual, the tracking of your shipments.
